Hi, I’m Michèle. Creator of The Inner Balance Club. Wellness entrepreneur. Former Apple leader turned breathwork and well-being coach. Based in Zurich, working with people around the world. Sun chaser. Travelista. Foodie. Forever matcha girl. Here to help you reconnect with yourself—so you can feel grounded, present, and aligned in a full, fast-paced life.
I’ve always been someone who goes all in. I’m driven, curious, and love to create, explore, learn, and grow. My life is full, sometimes messy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. What keeps me grounded through it all? My breath.
Breathwork became my anchor long before I ever imagined it would become part of my work. It started as my daily ritual—my way to come back to myself.

Integrating breathwork into my day-to-day really changed how I feel.
Honestly, it’s kind of amazing what happens when you start integrating breathwork into your day. The audios and videos in The Inner Balance Club are so good! For the past few days, I’ve been listening to one or two of the short audio practices each day, and I can genuinely feel the difference. I feel lighter, more relaxed, and just… clearer. And the Elevate session yesterday morning really grounded me. It gave me such a light feeling and I could feel that constant carousel in my head calming down. Long story short: it just feels so good. These short sessions work so well—for energy and for rest.
I really love the different sessions and audios. They work very well for me. The Elevate Morning sessions make me feel fresh and motivated and after the Restore sessions in the evening I sleep very well. And they also help me to release. I also love the relaxing breathwork audios. Sometimes I do them for work so I’m not easily thrown off center.

Can’t make it live? No problem at all. Each session is available on demand and becomes part of your growing library, so you can revisit it anytime during the week. The tools are just as powerful when practiced on your own.That said, joining live adds something extra: real-time energy, connection, and the chance to drop deeper into your practice — with live guidance, presence, and community. And you can join from wherever you are.
